2. Service description

Game Day Text Promotions standard services are a cross carrier one off alert service that allows Fans/end users attending a NCAA athletic event to have a chance to win a $500 prize. . Fans/end users will be prompted by an announcer and/or signage and/or scoreboard/jumbo-tron to text in a keyword for their chance to win a $500 prize. Fans/end users can text in as many times as they like. Other charges may apply. User can opt-out at anytime by texting "STOP" to 444888, or text "HELP" to 444888 for additional information.

WHAMradio standard services are a cross carrier one off alert service that allows listeners to text in to cast votes for specific songs or artists to be played on a live radio broadcast. The listener will hear the call to action on the live broadcast and text the keyword for the promotion or poll to 444888. . Other charges may apply. User can-opt out at anytime by texting "STOP" to 444888, or text "HELP" to 444888 for additional information.

WHAM4sale

WHAM4sale standard CTA (example): Text (Property ID) to 444888 to receive property info. Other charges may apply

WHAM4sale standard service is a cross carrier one off alert service that allows consumers/potential home buyers to request real estate property info by using keywords. If the consumer/home buyer will would like property info via text, they simply text a keyword, printed on the rider, that is associated with a specific property to 444888. The MT will contain property info. Other charges may apply. User can opt-out at anytime by texting "STOP" to 444888, or text "HELP" to 444888 for additional information.

3. Pricing

Standard messaging charges apply for the WHAMtext service. Other charges may apply. Consult with your carrier for information about how your plan is billed for sms usage.

5. Opt In/Opt-Out info.

To opt-out of any WHAMtext service an end user may send a text message containing "STOP", "STOP ALL", "END", "QUIT", "CANCEL", or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to short code 444888.

6. Frequency of program service.

WHAMtext programs are ongoing. Programs not ongoing will be specified within the program requirements specific to that program.

7. Carriers supported on the program.

Alltel, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cellular One, Cellular South, Cincinnati Bell, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile.
